I’ve seen a lot of colors and event themes and whenever clients ask me which colors photograph best, the answer is always blue and/or orange!! So when I walked into Kayla’s venue, I couldn’t hide my excitement and I told her mom so!! Not only was the room styled beautifully, but the textures and hue of blue they chose was absolutely gorgeous. And best of all, they chose blue uplighting which made their beautiful decorations really pop. I always tell my clients that if they have the option of uplighting, go for it!! It could transform even the darkest of rooms and create a vibe that only lighting can! So aside from their showstopping decor, this family was so much fun!! I’m the queen of candids and Kayla’s entire family made it easy…their infectious laughs especially!! I always tell my clients that I can take thousands of pretty photos but unless there is personality in them, they’re not as valuable; these photos are so rich with personality, I couldn’t flip through them without re-living the joy of the day!! Surrounded by so much family and so many friends, Kayla celebrated her Bat Mitzvah as fabulously as one can!!
