While the joys of being a surprise wedding proposal photographer are innumerable, the purest of them all is getting to witness the reaction of the proposee!! In all the incredible years I’ve been blessed enough to be in this business, I’ve seen everything from happy tears, dancing, laughter and disbelief…”What?! Really?!” But each reaction is always so different and so uniquely genuine and raw and it will always be my favorite part of every proposal! So when it came time for Anthony to pop the question, I can honestly say that Rachael’s reaction will forever be one of my favorites of all time! This transition of joy through emotion (and the sweetest laughs from these two!) made this proposal as timeless and as tender as can be. And despite the wild and windy weather we were faced with, this sweet couple were all smiles and their love radiated in every. single. portrait!
