This might just be one of my favorite engagement sessions of all time!! I’ve shot in a lot of different places with a lot of couples but this session was a beauty on a whole new level! Kaitlyn is a friend of one of my brides, and when she asked me to shoot her engagement session on the beach, I knew it would be fabulous. Our initial plan of doing a sunrise session (on her birthday!!) was not only rained out, but it was thunderstormed out and we had to reschedule for an evening session the following week. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and I cannot explain how grateful I am for our initial washout!! Our rain date was such a unique and pretty kind of overcast, that we had the most breathtaking light. Aside from the absolute perfect weather, this couple was a dream!! I love to get my clients talking and telling stories because not only do I really get to know them and how they got to where they are, but I get to see their chemistry!! Kaitlyn and Bryan have such a playful and tender connection..it was so apparent from the minute I met them. They were so natural and sweet that every pose looked better than the next!! What a couple, what a location!!
