The first thing I said to groom Ryan and his dad when I arrived on their wedding day was “the most beautiful day, the most beautiful families!!” When Dani and her mom called me months ago to tell me about the vision they had for Dani and Ryan’s pretty backyard wedding, I knew it was going to be even more beautiful than what they were describing; and come the big day, they blew me away! Every last detail held so much meaning and history and their decorations fit Dani and Ryan’s sweet characters and personalities to a T. Intimate and chic, my favorite part of this wedding (and there were a lot!!) was the fact that it was held at the bride’s childhood home…she even got ready in her childhood bedroom!! Dani’s family is made up of such wonderful people and I know this because I’ve known a lot of them for most of my life! Just the sweetest, most considerate people. So when Dani’s cousin and Maid of Honor, Nicole told me that there would be a surprise video shown in honor of Dani’s cousin and Nicole’s brother who was currently serving in Afghanistan, it reaffirmed the fact that this family has a heart of gold. Being able to witness and capture such joy and love on such a beautiful day with such special people makes me fall in love with this business all over again. Congratulations, Dani and Ryan! xo
